- Payment
- Square card payment. Payment timing is shown on the final confirmation screen.

- The confirmed service date, dining time and chef arrival estimate appear in the booking confirmation.
- Cancellation
- The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are shown before payment. Chef cancellation or chef no-show results in a full refund when no guest-approved replacement is available.
Privacy policy
InvitoChef collects account, booking, accommodation, payment-status and communication information needed to operate the marketplace, protect users, provide support and meet legal obligations. Guest contact details are not shown to chefs unless access is operationally necessary and approved by the master administrator. Access, decisions and important booking changes may be recorded for security and dispute handling.
Payment-card information is processed by Square. Service providers receive only information necessary to perform their role. Requests concerning personal information may be sent to yoteigroup@gmail.com.
Terms of service
InvitoChef is a marketplace connecting guests with independent chefs. Menu scope, allergies, service address, guest count, price, taxes, extras, timing and cancellation conditions must be reviewed before payment. Chefs remain responsible for their food preparation and service; InvitoChef remains responsible for operating the marketplace and payment workflow to the extent required by applicable law.
These summaries must be reviewed by qualified Japanese legal and tax professionals before commercial launch. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
